Everytime World Flex option is active on my mobile phone I'm receiving an input on my bill (Swisscom)charging me the price of a SMS. This happens only when I am abroad (out of Switerland). I don't unterstand why, when I call 079 4999000 or send a SMS to clarify, a message says that THIS NUMBER IS UNAVAILABLE ... Thanks for your help (it is months ago that this situation is on and I have been charged of a lot of SMS-cost ...)
