2023679845 / 202-367-9845 Reverse Phone Lookup

The company's name is I C Systems, Inc. Their street mailing address is 444 highway 96 East St. Paul, Mn 55127. Phone number 1-800-279-3511. Apparently, they are a collection agency for Dell. They have contacted my phone number 2 times, looking for someone that does not live here. I have advised them of this, and they continue to call. I was able to get a mailing address from the second caller. She initially refused to give me the address, since if I send them a cease and desist letter, they are forced by law to stop calling. I called the number on my caller ID back, which of course was 202-367-9845. The same female answered. Strange, but the 202 area code is from Wshington, D.C., not St. Paul, Minnesota. After placing me on hold, the female came back to give me an address of: P.O. Box 64886 St. Paul, Minnesota 55164. Guess I'll cover my bases, and send a letter to both address, since I suspect the P.O. box address is bogus. Then they can't say they didn't get it.
