this guy called me and said I owe money for a payday loan I supposedly got in april of last year which I did not I havent had a computer for over 2 years this was supposedly an online pay day loan when he very rudley called me at 7:00 am I wasnt even awake yet hes telling me I owe 349.00 or I will have to go to court and defend myself I wont go to jail for that amount but I will have to go to court I am confused cause I have gotten payday loans localy in the past but I always pay them and when I talk to them about these calls they say to call my police cause my loans with them are satisfied I told the guy ok I will go to court when I looked up #484-661-1297 it said it was a law firm then there were complaints of other calls from this number I wont give my information over the phone and they refuse to email my supposed legal papers they have against me I have a right to those if in fact its true so I dont believe these people.
