I'm not sure if Sara Williams really is the phone's owner but if she is she is involved in a major scam. These people offer a grant of about $7,000 dollars for paying taxes and not being a criminal. They say you are 1 of 1700 people who are receiving this money then proceed to ask for personal information. Then they ask for a 200-270 dollar processing fee. THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT BELIEVE THEM !!!!
