"Hello, this is Heather" I get calls from this # every few days. This is quite irritating because I have asked to be removed from their call lists on numerous occasions and they still keep calling me. Furthermore, the # that they are calling me on is an emergency communication asset aboard my passenger vessel and its purpose is to function as a redundancy back up for our emergency radio gear. Any non authorized use of that asset endangers my vessel, crew and company. In effect, their incessant calls could be characterized as acts of tampering with an emergency communications system. Such acts are considered by federal law enforcement specialists as felony crimes and could be considered as acts of terrorism. Help - this is a scam and I'm out $1200. They call represnting themselves as Visa/Mastercard Services. Their company name is really Financial Consulting Services out of Valley Cottage, NY. Their call center in FL has 2 numbers (888-826-1162 and other starts with 954 area code). Both Justin Davis and Nancy Stewart GUARANTEED 0% interest rates on all V/MC within 1 week timeframe - promised 100% moneyback if unsuccessful. They don't disclose that their method is to close your accounts and negotiate payment plans as you close account. They say they can't refund and if you demand they say you'll go immediately to collection agency. They also subjectively record conversation. We ALL need to stop these guys - any ideas beyond everyone reporting to Atty Gen of New York, BBB of NY?

Watchout! These guys are crooks! They will steal your credit card number and use it! It happened to a friend of mine! Report the call to the FCC. They are just phishing!
