recieved a call at work today from a Robin Parker. Stating I was being sued and if I didnt have 786.39 I was going to be served tomoorw at my job for me to come to CA Monday for court. I then asked him who was suing me. He stated it was a pay loan place but couldnt tell me the actual name. So I then asked him if I could call the lawyer and speak with them myself. He stated he could not give me any info. So in the mean time I am like hold the f*** up what the hell u cant tell me anything but ur threating me that I am being sued. He asked me to calm down which I didnt because if u cant give me more detail then dont f***ing call me. He transferred me to a Mark. He told me the same thing. So, I said we will see tomorrow if I get severd. Somebody REALLY NEEDS TO REPORT THIS BECAUSE THIS IS SOME STRAIGHT BULL SHIT!!!!! So now I know what the deal is after looking up this number on google I have read other peoples post and some of them are so similiar to mine...thank god for google!!!

He called my cell said he was a lawyer and that I should get a lawyer. He told me that i had been given a loan from cash america and never made a payment.So I was being going to be charged with 3 felonies. And so i was being sued for the money. Their would be a warrant for my arrest, and to be bailed out it would cost me in excess of $8000.00 (Can't remember the exact amount) Had my Bank Account Number, Social, that I was Disabled, my address.

Asked if I had an attorney. Was told I owe $573.00 that he has been emailing me about. Told him I was going to call the cops. He said I can call "My President". LOL Sounds like he is not only an India idiot, but still lives in india. Told him he was a dumb f**k and I don't owe anything. Kept on calling him back to run up his phone bill and to remind him that his was a dumb f**k. Ha ha ha!! Don't mess with me.

He called my cell said he was a lawyer and demanded i call him back or have my lawyer call him asap so i called him he told me that i had been given a loan from cash america and never made a payment.So i was being sued for the money and they would be a warrent waiting for me at work the next day or i could send them 1/2 the money now and the rest on friday when i told him that i had proof that i didnt do this he said to bring it to court with me knowing that i was so far away i told him i thought it was a fraud and i was getting a lawyer and ging to the cops. He also knew my email the last 4 digits of my ss.I called B.S. on it and Mark started to use profanity talking about my mother and father and how he was going to get me fired from my job and kill me. You would think that you could report this phone number and the phone company would follow up on it. I am making a complaint to the Fed. Gov. and my states attorney General. Someday this will stop!!

States I am being sued and I should call back immediately. Don't ignore or someone will show up at my work or home to arrest me.
