he said his name was michael carter and i was being sued and facing criminal charges and i would lose my job and face federal charges i try to call back and get a busy signal

Reported this caller harrassing people claiming he is debt collector, and stealing personal info from payday loan companies, why hasn"t law enforcement shut him down, and put his ass in a cell ?

he is acusing me of loaning money but wont give me no ifo on theoan i too out. he calls my job threating that charges are going to be held against me

claiming he was an attorney and that i had charges against me through a payday loan that I never received. When i started asking questions he hung up on me.

Stated that he was an attorney, and was suing me for not paying money that was wired into my wells fargo acct last year. I have been attempting to get loans, they must have obtained this info. also called at my work number 916-324-9886. I called my bank and reported it. They are doing ID theif, and need to be prosecuted
