Claimed that she (with Indian accent) to be with the Baker McKenzie Law firm and said that my husband knew her. When I challanged her on this, she then hung up.

Claims I had a payday loan for Sept 2009 $300 threaten arrest where i work within 30 minutes if I dont pay now; threaten I would be arrested, never work again, never get social security or social seurity benefits. when I asked Andrew to spell his last name suddenly the person changed his name told me he was the second person which I beleive he was not. This is a scam and when I confronted him he hung up. Told me I had to call number above (called from 350-507-8586) with my attorney. Also when I asked where he was calling from he said Texas. I said where in Texas and that is when he hung up. When I called this number it rings and rings and then disconencts. When I called original number it says it is not in service. I have been told this is a scam. I have also been told it is being looked into by the authutories. I just think something needs to be done ASAP.
