Calls numerous times per day wanting to update our information. Transfered to numerous superviors and then recorded. The person speaks above this recording and just happens to stop when there is nothing being said on the recording and tells us to say yes. We hang up. We have asked them not to call. Tell them we are on the do not call list. Hang up on them and they still keep calling us back. Told them today I needed to speak with a manager. Kara transfered me to someone who was not a manager and said that the manager was busy. Told her I would wait until they were not busy. Got transfered again to a Gene. Asked for his name - just gave me Gene said that he could not give me any other personal information. Asked for his employee number, address and phone number of the business. Said he could not give out that information and why was I asking? Said that I needed to be transfered to a manager that would give me the information that I was reqesting so that I could retain a lawyer in order for them to stop calling our business. Finally he said he would put us on the do not call list. We'll see.

Called twice and said they would keep calling back. I told them the first time not to call back but they did. Sounded like a call center from India. Very hard to understand. Said they were updating our online information, which we don't have.
