Stated that I have committed fraud and defaulted on a loan that I have never taken out. I called back and they can barely speak English. Threatened that I need to have my attorney call.I told them that I was going to call my local police department and he started yelling at me.

stating that we are being sued for a payday loan which was applied for but never received or excepted. did give me a fax number 941-375-0421 i did call and stated that i was an a lawyer needing to send them some info re: there scam practices

Scammer stating that they are from a law firm and are going to sue you. They are fishing for financial information. Would not give me law firm name and would not give me a physical address. FRAUD ALERT. Don't tell these crooks anything personal!
