I spoke too soon. They have continued to call. They have already called me 3 times TODAY! I had already submitted a written complaint to the FCC, and then I called them today. They told me to call the FTC [www.ftc.gov], which I did, and they took the information and will investigate. I am SICK of getting these calls, especially at work! I contacted my local police department as well. Oh yes, and they use multiple numbers but it's always a heavily accented voice with the same "script".

I have reported this number to every site available. You can also report them to your Attorney General. I have not received any more calls since I told him about the number of violations he was committing, but I was also advised to say that you are aware it's a scam and have notified your local police department. That has worked for others. Also, I kept getting the voicemail box is full, but I kept calling back. He finally answered and he knew that I had been calling repeatedly. He told me he had been on the other line with his attorney. I think the full mailbox line is bull. It's just an automated message he can active so he can try and intimidate people further by saying he was just discussing you with his attorney.

He's very difficult to understand, but I think his name was Jack Mullins. HE basically says the same thing as previously listed on this site, he's called us dozens of times, at work and at home. Today he stated that he was with the "local sheriff's department". This has to be stopped! He has also named my husband's employer and the last 4 of his ss. Any ideas on who to call to stop this. The phone number popped up on the caller ID as a local number, but when I call back it's not in service. He leaves the 253-243-2592 as the return number, but his mail box was full today. Busy guy :(

Officer Chris Williams calling from the law office of Cyber Crime unit, blah, blah blah - he stated verbtim what the other two posts posted. I will be arrested tomorrow along w/my employer and my two references. Who can we complain to about these harrassing calls, i've rec'd 7 of them since last week.

States that he is calling from the law offices of Cyber Crime Unit and has multiple law suits against me. I will be arrested, as well as my supervisor. I called the number back and spoke to "Alex" who stated that he had just been on the phone with his attorney. He started going into his speech about my "lawsuits" and I explained to him that he was in severe violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. He said something a long the lines of, "it doesn't matter to me anymore" and hung up.

Caller stated that A legal case file has been filed against my name and SSN. He stated that if I do not return the call, officers will pick me up at my home or job and escort me to a court hearing. He did name my employer and the last four of my social security number.
