This number does belong to a debt collector who apparently tolerates nasty attitudes among their employees. This company's employees are not respectful. They are rude and inconsiderate to the fact they are calling your home. This company's employees do not think that you the debtor have the right to know who they are representing or how much money is involved in the acquisition. I'm sorry, but if you call my home, regardless of the nature for the call I insist upon being treated with respect. With a nation in crisis a person falling behind on a payment is bound to happen (especially medical bills), but calling someones home being nasty and rude and sarcastic will definitely not help in coming to a resolution for the debt. And as a debtor you ARE entitled to their representatives taking the time to go over the debt and make sure it is correct, before assuming they are talking to the correct person. Most debt management companies send you a letter giving you an itemized statement of the account and asking for you to call them to make arrangements and go over the balance to note ANY descrepancies to the noted account. IN THIS CASE THE DEBT WAS INCORRECT!
