This gentleman states he is from the Dept of Law and Investigation. He states that I applied for a loan in Sept 2010 and I am being charged with bank check fraud, violation, and passed by deception. I asked my co-worker to speak to him, he stated he would hang up the phone. When I explained that there's no way that I could have requested a loan because I was hospitalized during that month, he began to curse me out and stated that I needed to go to my local state court next Monday to pay this. He would not give me the address nor the time that I have to present myself to court. This is so weird.
