I just received a call soliciting a donation for an organization for helping abducted children. When I said I would not be able to donate to this organization, the caller asked if I had children or grandchildren. When I told him that I did not not he said, "That explains it!" and then hung up. How rude!! Not everyone is able to donate to every telemarketer who calls begging for money. I certainly do not deserve this rudeness!!!

Activated *77 yesterday to stop the continuous calls where no one answers the phone and no number would appear on the caller ID. Upon activating *77, 303-731-0111 called and once again no one would answer the phone. Other research on this number indicates a faternal order of police using it for donations. I have received several calls from them and as much as I would like to donate I can not. If this is an automated service then they need to fix the bug in their system. I will be escalating this to find a solution and if need will be issuing an internal investigation and push for stricter rules againast these organizations.
