so far we have received three phone calls from this number. when we answer the call all we hear is thank you.
called backed number once, get a recorded message phone not in service. this must be a scam. how do you block this phone #?

Received a call from this number at 10pm. I used to be a telemarketer and I know for a fact that they are NOT allowed to call after 9pm, and they are especially not allowed to call cell phones. I answered the call and a guy with a middle eastern accent asked me if I wanted to apply for a payday loan. Obviously if they are calling for different reasons, grants, magazines, payday loans, it has to be a scam. After asking the guy to remove me from the calling list, he said "okay, I will be happy to do that for you" and then continued to sell to me, not once, but twice. STOP CALLING ME!!!!
