Calling to collect on an outstanding CC debt saying it's being pursued by the IRS? Said they were a consumer advocate and unbiased. Yet the called was judgemental and hung up on me.

They called and told me I supposedly owed on my Visa....wrong! I am still a current user of Visa. Not in the arrears. Scary...they knew my date of birth and last 4 digits of my SS#. Here is another number that called after them...they were working together: 954-543-4367. Should I call the law or who??
