The caller alleged to be from The Blackstone Group in Chicago Illinois and alleged to be callig about ComEd's Smart Meter program. He started to tell me about the program and the fact that "certain neighborhoods were being selected as test areas" and I cut him off and tole him that ComEd had already installed my Smart Meter. When I pressed him for further details, he became very sketchy about the call and hung up on me. I retrieved the number from my caller ID and called it back. Voice Mail answered and identified the number as belonging to "LaSalle Franklin". It is an antiquated, requiring a caller to PRESS 2 TO LEAVE A MESASGE and PRESS # to save the message. I left a message demainding to know why The Blackstone Group was calling about a ComEd Smart Meter installation that had already taken place yet they had it for a future date. I also demanded to know how they got my name, exactly as it appears on my ComEd bill and how they got my unlisted and unpublished home phone number. I can be reached, on my cell phone, at 773.491.9019
