this person is calling and stating that i have committed credit fraud and will be prosecuted for 3 different federal charges when i ask for something in writing they hang up on me. I do not have any unpaid loans that i am supposedly being investigated for by the CIA. I have no idea why they are calling and harassing me and members of my family telling them i have committed credit fraud

We have received numerous calls from someone at this number. They say we owe for a payday advance but we have never received a payday advance from anyone. They have my husbands SS# and have my sisters and grandmothers phone #s as well as our home phone #, address and the last 4 of my husbands SS#. They speak VERY poor English and have recently began cussing at us. My patience is gone and I will start being rude right back to them until they quit calling me!

This person left a message on my cell phone with very broken english and claimed that my friend was in a serious issue and I was the person she left as a reference. I called the number back and asked what kind of scam is this and who are you. He got defensive and sayed I would be arrested. I said a couple profanities and hung up. This was today, I havn't heard anything back.

This number phones me daily threatening that I am being arrested each week bc I supposedly owe a payday advance which I have never done...When I ask for paperwork they hang up on me...They have info on me like my ss# and place of employment but, just say we will see you in court and hang up on me then start over the next day calling each time giving me the name of a different payday advance.

Says he is calling from "The Law Firm" and that I owe some money for a payday loan from 2010. Never got a payday loan and asked to get documents to prove and they hung up. I called back and he hung up again. I called a 3rd time to let them know I was reporting them and then I hung up.

These are the same people who have called before. AKA KEVIN and/or Paul Smith....claiming once again they are notifying you of a suit against you. I have just now called the FBR, Homeland Security, FCC and the Attorney General.

Calling my employment. My boss is upset. They recorded 10 calls in one day from this number.
