Received a call today indicating that there is a legal matter under my name and social. since the call went to voice he would provide no additional information. he had a thick indian accent. I refuse to call back, when I do they are rude and will give me no information on thet debt or any debt I owe. I just want them to stope calling me.

bogus call , someone needs to find the exact location of this phone and find these people face to face and I bet the calls stop

A man with a thick accent called where I work looking for me and also called my cell phone earlier stating that a legal case would be brought up against me.

Harrassing call regarding a debt that is owed to a company but will not supply me with any information regarding it.

This man keeps calling me stating that he is from the Justice Department Fraud Division and telling me that a lawsuit is being filed against me. He says that I failed to repay a payday loan from Cash Advance America, but I have never received a payday loan from anyone in my life! What bothers me the most is that he has my Date of Birth, Social Security#, Driver License#, Address and email address. Where did he get all of this and what can I do about it??

People have been calling me constantly leaving harrasing messages and have even called my work telling them there are serious legal actions against me unless i called back. I answered today and I told them it was illegal to harrass me with a lawsuit. he got angry and asked if i was going to pay the debt or not and I just told him he can not call again. This is getting frustrating, I want to go after these people, especially because they keep leaving my social security number on the message which is also illegal!
