Since I did not ask to be called by "Heather", #2 cannot apply since I do not know who Heather is.
Press 1 and wait, eventually rings through, but male voice on other end cannot tell me who he is working for.
Tells me bogus address for Company that is doing the service. Eventually Hangs up after disclosing what number he called (not my Phone # Listed in Directory).
