Have received dozens of these calls over the last few weeks on my cell, each time from a different #, so it can't be blocked. This is an MCI/Tracphone #. The guy buys these in small blocks and uses them up, then moves on, so the numbers can't be blocked. I found a # the the Tracphone management office and called them (866-234-4357). I told the woman that I'm receiving the same robocall from "Rachel" several times a day, each time with a different Tracphone number, so its impossible to block it. She said there was nothing she could do about it. I asked her if they started getting dozens of calls a day about this guy if they might do something then. She wasn't sure. Lets find out.
