Every time I answer, there's nothing buy static for a bit. Then an automated voice message that says "good bye" (sometimes male, sometimes female). After the "good bye", it disconnects.

I have recieved a couple of calls from this number. It is some type of telemarketing thing so when one answers there appears to not be anyone there. If you wait long enough you get someone on the phone. This person told me about a time share conference that i attended (i never attended such a conference) and that they wanted to reactivate my account or something. I'm not quite sure what they mean but i did find something on the web on www.ripoffreport.com. It seems to be some sort of scam and i will be looking into my credit report to make sure someone hasn't stolen my identity.
