An Idian called me and said that I had taken out a loan and that I was avoiding payment to them. This was the first call that I have recieved from them and a Loan was never taken out with any one. I am reporting this to my States Attorney General.

I had this man calling my work saying that his name was John Smith on behave of Morgan and Associates. He said that I took out a payday loan and never repaid it and they are seeking legal action. I told him I have not nor have I ever taken out a payday loan. He asked me if I was sure about this, I said I was very sure. He then told me that they were going to take leagal action, did I really want this to take place? I told him by all means please do! He then says to me fuck off you american bastard, and hung up.

got a call from him today and said i owe money from a payday loan and I dont owe anything. said if i dont pay by friday he will arrest me. he has a very heavy accent and I couldnt understand him so I asked to speak to someone with proper english and he said he will call me back within 5 min and yet not even 3 min later he called back and insisted on collecting $300 from me. ha! what a scam. I am def reporting him tomorrow

He called me at 3:05pm. He left a message on my cell phone. He said that he was from a law firm and said that I need to contact him as soon as possible. He said that I had an account with my social security number and said that he was willing to help me to settle out of court if I called him. There was also other voices in the background while he was talking
