Was saying they could reduce my rate for a letter I may have or may not have received. I asked the name of the company he worked for and he told me the name was "wash my B@lls". I could have been 12 for all he knew.

Company called representing Visa and Mastercard stating that if I wanted to reduce my % rates. 1) I don't have a credit card, so how am I to reduce it, 2) How is it not a sales call if you are trying to represent me in services to reduce my rate. And if you are not selling me a service, are you a scammer?
After confronting the gentleman that I did not have a credit card, he got hostile that I told him that he shouldn't have called my number, and he stated that he had rights as he was trying to help me. HAHA big joke.
