Wells Fargo calling to try and rip off mortgage customers by trying to talk them into paying their mortgage payment over the phone (for a sometimes mentioned and sometimes not mentioned $20 processing fee). The caller will always act like your mortgage payment is late (when it really isn't) and will attempt to convince you to pay the bill over the phone to avoid a late fee even though the payment isn't even due yet! The catch is that Wells Fargo chages customers at least $20 to pay their bill by phone. So instead of putting that $20 towards principal on the loan the additional money just goes straight into Wells Fargo's greedy pockets instead. They've been trying for the last 5 months to get me to pay my monthly payment over the phone even though I tell them 'no' every month and refuse to give them any of my information over the phone. I'm annoyed to the point where I'm looking into hiring a lawyer to go after them just to make them leave me alone. They're ridiculously persistent (sometimes calling me as many as 3-4 times per day from as early as the 1st through as late as the 16th of every month when my mortgage is due, and is always paid by, the 16th of the month!)

Has called 3 to 4 times daily, but leaves no message. Annoying as hell!
