This person called me on my celluar pahone and on my caller ID 0000 showed up for the incoming call. He left a rude message on my phone and told me I was having charges for a lawsuit about a cash avance loan. I called back and they always hang up the the phone. I finally got a chance to talk to someone and he told me about charges on a cash advance laon. He was very rude and told me I needed to give him my debit card number with the security code on the back and pay the amount of $748.36. I have never taken out a cash advance loan. Everytime I asked about information on the matter he just say pay the money so the case is not taken into the courts. I do not know who these people are but I hope they have charges filed aginst them. These people are trying to commit fruad and something has to be done about this. If you put the number into the whitepages information center there is no identification on the number and the law firm he claims the lawsuit is coming from does not even exist. I hope investigators look into this matter because they are going to fraud a lot of americans out of their money.

this person had a foren voice you could hardly understand him the call cut out alot he told me i need a lawyer im being brout up on charges of fraud ect and other chargers something needs to be done about this
