This company is calling my cell phone as well as my job. They stating that i owe them money from a pay day loan. I told them i never got money from their company they still call and play games with me.

Alex White calls and says "This call is intended for Jacqueline Lam. The minute I get this call, either me or my retained attorney should call him back at a number (different telephone numbers - some in NY, some in California and some at area code 562) where no one answers the phone. They keep telling me that I owe money for a payday loan that I got in 2010. They can't tell me when in 2010 I got the loan and for how much. When I start to ask questions, they get angry with me, and tell me that I can find out that information in the courts in California and then hang up on me. The person that keeps calling has an East Indian accent with an American name. I do believe that they are a bogus company. I asked them one time to send me paperwork about this matter, it has not gotten here yet. They tell me that I can get the paperwork from my employer who is the guarantor on my payday loan which is a whole lot of bull. They don't leave their company name when they call and between calling the number and asking to speak to the person who called it it like 3 - 5 minutes before someone gets on the phone, enough time for a transfer call to be made to someone overseas.

wanting money paid, stating it was owed when it was not, never heard of these people.
