Returned a call from a message on my answering device from a caller I could barely understand. I was asked if I knew about the "lawsuit against me" regarding some unpaid payday loan. Since I could scarcely understand him, I asked for a more accomplished English speaker. He began shouting at me that "[I] could just answer the subpeona that would be delivered by tomorrow at noon and appear in court." He hung up. I called back, got the same person, and demanded the mailing address of his law firm. He initially refused, I requested this information again as per my rights under the fair credit reporting act. He gave me the following: Jordan and Associates, 709 Scott St, City of Bastrop, TX 78602. I have searched everywhere and can not locate such a law firm. These people are frauds!!

scam - they are asking for money, saying I owe them money. They are calling from India using American names and threatening law suits. I don't owe anyone any money. They are scammers, look out.
