Received similiar calls at work and on my cell phone. Callers were very rude and aggressive-Indian accents with American names. It really shook me up.....They told me that I owed thousands of dollars and would have to pay them promptly or appear in court for nonpayment and fraud. After calming myself down, I questioned them to clarify where the debt originated....I mentioned that I put a fraud alert on my account and they ended the conversation abruptly-telling me that they will call back after consultating with their head attorney. What a horrible scam. I recommend that you NEVER share personal information online.

same here..there calling me from 562-455-1022 and then from 510-936-6535 also saying time sensitive...then they say the same thing..if you dont reply then im sorry for the situation that will onfold...we need to put a stop on these people...they had all my info..work info, bank info even adress... i never believed it, but where the heck are they getting all this info.... did all of you ever get a pay loan...i have from real companies..so maybe there getting their info from them..

called me and told me i was going to be arressted if i did not take vare of this debt from a pay day loan that i never recieved, i got very scared and upset only to find out it was a scam. has any one eles been through this with these people?

Is this some sort of joke? I received a call from this number on my cell phone and just heard it. An man with a heavy accent stating that I needed to call him back immediately or 'the situation that is unfolding will unfortunately fall on you!' I called back this number four times now, the first was a man who didn't speak English, second call was the same man who hung up on me, the third asked for my phone number, put me on hold to some assanine music going dumb-de-dumb-de-dumb (very laughable!) and the fourth identified himself as YES the one and ONLY (according to this listing) as ROBIN ROSS! ROBIN APPARENTLY DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH EITHER SINCE I GAVE HIM MY PHONE NUMBER FIVE TIMES, HE COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT, AFTER I ASKED IF HE SPOKE ENGLISH HE RESPONDED BY HANGING UP! WHAT THE @#%^$#@!!!

I received the same type of call that I had received a payday loan and I failed to repay it. I was told that I going to be arrested. They the last 4 digits of my social security and checking account numbers. Who can we go to in order to get these guys shut down???

I recived a call last night from some Indian man saying that i had a payday loan that was concered stolen and that a criminal lawsuite was filled against me and i had to go to california to try the case, I have never heard of this and have no idea what to do. Can anyone help with this

Told me I need to call back or have my lawyer call back cuz charges are being pressed on me.said issue is time sensitive

Told me that I need to pay $800 immediately or they will file a law suit and contact my employer. Told me that I owe for a payday loan in which I don't. They will not give me any information regarding this loan. Was rude and hung up the phone on me serveral times. I tried to call back but the phone keeps ringing busy.
