Called my business today, total scam to switch your phone service to a higher long distance rate.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SAY THE WORD "YES" TO THEM .... they will manipulate their recording to make it sound like you wanted to switch.

Man claimed he was from AT&T and that he could reduce my rates. If he was truly with AT&T, he would know that this is a company and have a contract with AT&T and the rates cannot change. I went through this a couple of years ago and got scammed. I now have a block on the phone that won't let anyone change my long distance. These people need to be stopped.
