Would settle out of court. Otherwise would cost me thousands. Is same man (only different name) that has called many times before. Asked him to stop and he refused. Became beligerant. I asked for legal papers to be sent and if I got them and they were legitimate I would send them a money order. He would not confirm he would mail them. Instead was insisting I fax him my bank account statement immediately before 5 pm. Calls stopped for a short while then started up again. Now he's using another name "officer" Josh Watson...lol, He is definetely foreign.
