I was told that I had written a check on a closed checking accountin 2003/2004 and that they were contacting the police in the city in which I live.
I told them that I needed proof that I wrote this check(I do not write checks), they promise to email me the information immediately. After 2 hours i did not receive the information.
They also told me that I could end this matter by paying $200.00 immediately.
3 hours have passed and I still do not have the information.
