As soon as you press 9 you are sent to an operator. They ask if your card is Visa or Mastercard and if you are paying more than 4% in APR. Then they ask if you owe more than $4000. They then proceed to ask for your billing zip code, followed by the expiration date. Then they ask for the full card number. I gave them a clearly a very fake number and asked them why they didn't know it already. The man I was speaking with and told me I was ignorant. I asked him to give me ANY information on me, JUST my first name. He replied "oh you don't think I have all your information in front of me?" and then called me stupid. I asked again for JUST my first name. He called me ignorant again and hung up. If they call trusting person, they will give up all of their account information easily. This is VERY dangerous. These people should be found and arrested!
