Legal call from Norman about a Fast loan repayment and I was in Serious Legal Trouble. This is a Scam because Never applied for a quick loan, I have perfect Credit and I am wealthy so never needed a loan. I want to know how Norm got my home number.

I received a call from this number, calling themselves Financial Crime Department. Steve stated that I was caught on line requesting a payday loan in April 2011. THe money was given to me. No amount was given. THe company had been unable to get repayment from my account. The anme of the company was Insta Cash and notices have been sent to my email address.NONE of WHich has happened. Tomorrow charges would be filed against me and it would cost me $8,400.84to bond out of jail. If I gave them my attorney's name they would send the supeona to my attorney. when I told them that I had all of my bank statements, had never takenout a loan or heard of their company and was going to file a complaint with the Federal Better Business Bureau and Dept of Justice against them because I believed this was telephone fraud they hung up.
