I received a call from Kevin Miller saying that I owe over $5400 for a payday loan with Advance America Cash Advance which I had never taken out. He had my email address, date of birth, the last four of my social security number and my bank information. He said that he was sending someone to my job to serve me with papers. Its creepy to know that scammers like this guy knows all of my personal information.

recieved a call from Jason kennedy stating i owe cash advance 5000.00 from a $350.00 loan. He had my ssn my work number, my email. He stated that he threated me with fraud and court.

Receive call From Kevin Miller (Indian Accent) who claims to be collecting on befalf of Advance America Cash Advance. I verifed with AACA that this is an internet scam. They have Threaten to have me in court at 11:00 Am 3/18/2011. If any one has their address please report it to the Attorney General ASAP
