I keep getting calls from this number and it s a foreign person telling me that I have a credit issue that is going to court on such and such date and tries to get my personal information from me but I keep hanging up on them. I want these bogus calls to stop, what can I do to prevent them from happening??? Please help me.

It's a foreign person telling me for my attorney to call them back or i am going to jail. I had the same issue about 2months ago and the number related to AT&T after calling AT&T i didn't receive any further calls. Now it is starting all over,they are calling my cellphone and my work. I am on the verge of being unemployed. No information on why i am going to jail other than they say i owe them $$ the first time, now they say nothing.
