CALLER ID SHOWS NEVADA 1702-5606964 STATED THEY WERE CONTRACTED BY QWEST TO CONTACT SMALL BUSINESS CUSTOMERS AND NOTIFY THEM OF A REDUCTION IN MONTHYLY LANDLINE CHARGES AND PER-MINUTE LONG DISTANCE CHARGES BEGINNING ON MY NEXT BILL. SHE SAID THERE WOULD BE A ONE-TIME $2 CHARGE THAT WOULD APPEAR ON MY BILL FOR THIS FEE REDUCTION AND NOTIFICATION.
