I just received a harassing phone call from a rather rude and pushy women who would not give me her name but said she was with "United Collection something", UCI, 703.496.9928. She said that she was attempting to collect VA taxes but wouldn't give me any details. I ask for contact info so I could have our account call her back. Instead she said I was being uncooperative and would advise VA dept of taxation to implement some kind of "padlock" action? Very unpleasant women.
