My family members were called instead looking for me, instead of just calling me personally, and telling them that I was being sued and that if they didn't give the information that they needed they would be held in contempt of court. I have tried to contact these people several times now and this last time I called them I was actually hung up on by a very rude receptionist, AFTER I was left on hold for 5 minutes. Not real sure what they want and really don't care - I'm unemployed!!

These people are a law office in California. I was actually sued by them last week. Got my summons last month. I can careless if they garnish my wages, I can afford it so screw them.

They called me told me I was being summons to court and that I had to call Atorny Morgan Murphy to get my address so they can send me a summons.
I dont live in California so i dont know how I could be summons. Plus not only that I cant be really sued because I am on SSI and was told Im judge proof.
