Mike Johnson called and said that my ss# came up from the federal dept. and its a legal matter that i need to have resolved or to have my attorney give them a call if not the situation will unfold on me in court. He left the number 716-541-0950 ext. 5882 and he calls almost everyday.

this guy was Indian(like as in not in the states long enough) with an American name. he told me that i had to pay $380 upfront or he was coming to arrest me. uh, but first he needed my address? really?

caller claimed to be with the Legal department of justice and was calling regarding a outstanding pay day loan with fastcash.com. I currently don't have a loan with Fastcash.com told the guy that and he said he didn't care i had to pay an outstanding balance of 1484.00 today to avoid being sent to court over this. I looked up the number and the number is not with the department of justice and I think this is a scam
