A caller left several VM’s claiming to be with Shaw-Falzone Law Offices. A caller referenced an individual who DOES NOT live at my address and IS NOT affiliated with my phone number. The caller's VM said I must call back at 800-403-4920 ext. 102, and verify my SS# in order to "Cease and Desist" having notice "regarding this matter" sent to me at my address. Upon a bit of research, I found that the caller id phone number and 800# are both unlisted. However, the BBB of Upstate NY has a file on the Law Office of Frank S Falzone with a Michael Shaw as the primary contact (D- BBB rating). Per the info I found on the BBB, I faxed a letter to the company requesting that they discontinue calls to my home. The fax # I found is (716) 881-2906 and the associated address is 5140 Main Street, Williamsville, NY 14221, Erie County. I also found a listed phone # of (716) 362-4900.
