this is a scam the caller had a very heavy indian accent and stated that they were on there way to my home with a writ of summons for me to go to jail. This is an attempt to extort money please hang up and do not evewn respond do not give out any information to these people

Woman with accent says that i need to call the 724-400-5139 immeidately or have my attorney call, and if I don't call then all she can do is wish me luck. It was very threatening call, but I know its a scam. Because when the call came through it only shows "0000". I did *67 to call the number back and you can't do that.

Clearly spiderman called today and said there were police and summons will be given to me tomorrow to get an attorney, Very heavy Indian accent. This is the 3rd call. The other were from s Ehtan Hunt (Mission Impossible)

Received call from a woman with a very heavy Indian accent. Said I was in default for a payday loan and that if I didn't call her back, they were going to come to my home or work with a summons and take me to jail. They asked to have my attorney on call. I don't have a payday loan. I applied for one but then decided not to take it. This is a hoax to try and extort money.

Received call from woman with very heavy accent. Was told I was in default for a payday loan and for me or my attorney to return the call. I was going to be sued for non-pay and if I disregarded the call, I can expect to be pulled into court. They would either come to my house of my place of employment with a court summons. Then they told me that if I didn't call back or respond to this call, I would be immediately taken to jail. I don't have a payday loan. Applied for one but decided not to take it. This has to be a prank caller trying to extort money. A woman with the name of Scarlet Jackson with very heavy accent???? Don't think so. This is phone harrassment.

I gotten the same thing guys, why are they harassing us like this and why so late? is this even legal? first they said they dont want the money then say i can pay 740 or go to court but for what and why? they can't even speak English.

Lady with a heavy far east accent called and left a VERY garbled voicemail, stating that she needed me to call back about something (couldn't understand that part), and that if she didn't hear from me or my attorney, all she could do was wish me luck. Someone investigate and shut this idiot up!

Heavily far east asian (China maybe) accented lady called stating she wanted to give me information about an upcoming lawsuit I had. I called her back and she claimed there is a lawsuit against me for an unpaid payday loan in the amount of $743. The payday loan she said was from Insta Cash or Instant Cash and she had all of my information. I tried to find out when this loan was supposedly taken and she wouldn't give me that info. She didn't ask me to pay she just asked to speak to my attorney and read me an affidavit. I asked where she is located and she said Albany Dr in Deltona Fl. I reminded her that the area code of her phone number was in Pittsburgh, PA area and she glossed over that. I also spoke to a Daniel Andrews and he said that I should expect to see someone show up at my house or job tomorrow with a court summons. I just told him I couldn't wait.

caller keeps calling and states to inform my attorney about something but doesn't say what it is. request someone investigate this number seems like a scam.
