Caller was rude stating our bill was past due in an amount that was inaccurate. The bill is not overdue and the new billing is not due until Jan. 8th. It makes me wonder why they wanted a debit card number to pay a bill that is not past due and the inaccurate amount. Very suspicious.

They call everyday 4-5 times from Monday to Sunday...nobody answers and looks like an electronic phone call phishing...Don't give and share any information...at least these calls can be identified.

have received several phone calls from mccs, called number back, inquiry on our macy's account, wanted to verify info, wife's name, then her social security number, at which time we hung up, looked up our account on line, no problems, not late, no fraud alert. etc.

12/10 received calls at 1:52PM, 4:29PM, 6:54PM and 8:46PM "so far" today.

Caller calls multiple times a day...ido have a Macy's account but payment is not late. Caller NEVER leaves a message

calls morning noon and night up to 15 times a week

I also keep receiving those same unwanted phone calls. I have done a lot of calling to different departments in the Macy's company and still no one seems to know why I keep getting these annoying-prank--call-like unwanted phone calls. For everyone here PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB IN FLORIDA, lets make the Better Business Bureau fully aware of the extent of this poor business practice. Many times a day we are being bombarded with phone calls from this same number, 727-556-7300. They ring 3 times. I have learned to let it just ring, but it is a harrassing nuisance to be disturbed, awakened, bother, every few hours throughout the day. I call this a form of terrorism, regardless of the "legal" defination may be lately. At first, of course, we rushed to answer our calls, having family throughout the country. I waited and realized that they would respond by some sort of credit warning (no problem with our credit), or adverizing, etc. Why can't this group being penalized for their menacing phone calls throughout the country. Where's the teeth of the law. What has Verizon or Macy's have to do with this. We will be going to the police, and also our phone company.

Calls constantlt, no one there, never a message. Tired of being harrassed by someone I don't even know or have a clue..
