Called to lower interest rate. I hit 9 to ask a question. Hung up immediately. Never identified firm or with what card (if any) they were calling upon. A waste of my time and yes, I am on the do not call list. This didn't seem likely to be from either of my cards. No call back works.

Credit card phishing scam. I pressed nine and asked to be taken off their call list and the guy gave me the hard sell.
I've been on the Do Not Call registry for ages now. I'd love to know how these places get away with this.
