Someone called me and said that they were filing a crimal case for me not paying them back for $400.00 in Oct of 2009. They refused to give me the Bank routing number or account# that the funds were put into. They asked me to have my lawyer call and call them back with his fax# or they would be faxing this info to my employer. They had my SS#, Name and email address. I called them back with my lawyers fax number and started to get the run around from them. Nothing was ever faxed to lawyer. I am very lucky to have a friend that is a lawyer otheriwse it would have costed me money.
I think it it a scam to get money from poeple who dont understand the legal process.
I started to call them back ever few minutes to see they liked to be treated poorly.
