informed me i dad a criminal suit against me called metwice at work and didn't like the fact that i informed him if this was a federal case that he should know the law about harassment while on the job he then left a message on my phone i returned his call and told him he now had a law suit pending for haraasing calls at my work place he hung up this is rediculous this needs to be stopped. he also goes by shaun hardy and alex martin.

My mother actually recv'd a message from this Dan Richards. He stated he was a debt collector and that he had a legal action against me, and he was trying to resolve before it went to court. Caller did have a very heavy Indian accent and was very difficult to understand. I have no legal actions against me. He asked that I return his call at 800-713-2818, when I called the number, it wanted me to leave a message, however the mail box was full and then it stated that there was a error and disconnected me. The phone number of 850-602-9388 from Pennicola, FL is what showed up on the caller id. When you call that number you always get a busy signal.

Actually was a scam. You should have that available on the drop down caller type box. Basically this is my 3rd go around with these people (always a different #) At present it is this #. Guy calls, says his name is Davy Jones but he has a very thick Indian accent (right!! No way his mother named him Davy Jones) and his message is very threatening (I think. Couldn't understand much of his threat). Said he was from a legal service. When I asked for the bar #, so I could verify through the Bar Association their legitimacy, I was refused. I was threatened with jail if I didn't pay this money that I owe. I don't owe any money and informed him that the constitution states that one can not be jailed in this country for owing money. Any law student would know that...right??? I mean constitutional law is probably one of the first things a law student learns. He didn't like that. Eventually he just hung up on me. If someone was really attempting to collect a debt, they are going to provide you with all the info you need to collet the money. and certainly not hang up on you when you are simply inquiring into their threats against you. Do not give these people money. It is a scam.
