This Indian guy's name Hector Boyd and Jason Scott was calling me all day (12/14-15) at work and on my cell claiming they are going to put me in jail for some legal matter and that I owe them $350.00 from some pay day loan I got (no clue), but with all there fees it total to be $1286.00, they were asking me for my attorney's info and my work info and wanted to speak to my manager and her name our fax number and when I asked him for his info. he would not provide it, when I asked him to remove my work number from his list and to call me on my cell, he refuse. His wanting me to fax him a letter stating that I will pay them this money, he continued to threating me and harrassing me at work and at one point my manager did speak to him and he wanted all her info and she refuse, when she asked him for his company info he refuse. I conference two calls with 911 and they heard his conversation and this Hector Boyd even got nasty with the officer and asked him for his badge number, when the officer refused and asked this so caller Hector Boyd to please stop harrassing me at my work and the officer asked me to end the call and this Hector Boyd called me at least 50 times at work. I asked Hector Boyd to send me a letter with his letter head stating what his calling me about and he said he e-mailed it to me several times...LIER !!! I told him to serve me and when I receive the legal docs I will deal with in court, but for him to stop calling my job, he refused. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, local police, FBI and State Attorney General and also seeked advise from an attoney, they all informed me that is is a fraud and not to provide them with any info. They are still calling me and I have 33 voice mails, most are just silent, that's not counting the numerus times they called our main number here, we have 5 lines plus my two and several times all of them were ringing..OMG !!! If any one figues out how to stop these hassasment calls please let me know, it's stressing me out and I don't want to lose my job becuz of this crap. Someone has to do something..come on.

He called my job and spoke to my manager about me going to jail soon. They asked him if I had left the State of Washington in the last 48 hours.I called them back and they keep saying they are from a Legal Department, but they would not tell me the name of it.They also mentioned they are hired by United Cash Loans. I called them back several times but they say the same thing

This guy has repeatly called me and threaten me with loosing my job going to jail. He uses several numbers and has shown on my cell phone id as 2 of my managers number when you call the number back you get him. He is verbal. He has called my managers and threaten them with going to jail as well.

This company/person called my cell phone several times in a mater of minutes. Then left two threatening messages. When I called the number back he claimed to be from a legal department stating that there was a law suit against me. He stated that I had taken out a payday loan and never paid it back. He also threatned to put a warrant for my arrest. I never heard of such company, and demanded for original documents of the law suit. He refused and said he did not have to supply the information again.

You are a fake. You guys are in India and you bought the last our information from a payday loan company. YOU WILL NOT SHOW UP AT ANY COURTHOUSE IN THE U.S. BECAUSE YOU ARE IN INDIA. STOP TRYING TO DEFRAUD THE GOOD PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY. YOU SHAME AND BRING DISHONOR TO THE BILLIONS OF YOUR INDIAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS. Folk you either applied on the internet for or had a payday loan and the company release your information last four of SSN, address and bank account info to these idiots. I have gotten at least four of these type of calls this year though i paid back every penny to the real lender. After I got the first call I kept calling them back pushing them for details, to verify the debt in writing, to provide me with the name & address of the original creditor, to tell me what court & country the suit is filed in, and reminding them that calling me at work is a financial penalty under the Fair Debt Collections Act. they seem ignorant of the U.S laws so it is great to hit them with that. Have fun. They tell ME not to call back now.
