This # is a scam. They prey on people losing their home. They give them false hope that they can sue your bank to reduce the amount of your mortgage but require a $2500 retainer. They go under the name of Mortgage Assistance, 13681 Newport Ave. Suite 8-131, Tustin, CA 92780. This is not a real company. There is not registry in the state of CA and there is no report at the CA BBB. If they call you or send you a letter, stay away. All they want is your money.
