8126479798 / 812-647-9798 Reverse Phone Lookup

This number 812-647-9798 calls my cell phone and when I answer, they hang up. I call back, and it is a busy signal. they have called numerous times and now I am documenting them 9/12/10 @2:26pm and 9/22 10:31am PDT. I looked on email and see mother co. is CNC 812-647-9700. I called them, they connected me to customer services and repeatedly for 6 minutes had a recording say this: Please do not hold for longer than 2 minutes. if you have been on hold for more than 2 minutes, please email the appropriate email box and let the caller know you will call back when you have an answer." Does not make sense and it is harrassment. How do I get them to stop?
