An Indian caller named Allen called to say my computer was infected with a virus and that they were from the Microsoft 35 technical department and were Microsoft certified technicians. They directed me to www. ammyy.com for virus repair but when I said I would do more research and call them back if I had a virus, they hung up on me.
I believe this is a scam of some type.
